My favorite dish in Tokyo

With so many wonderful vegan restaurants in Tokyo, it is hard to choose which one is my favorite, let alone which is my favorite dish.

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”12px”][vc_column_text] I decided I would settle on picking a favorite dish of the month so I would have no choice but to sample all the delicious vegan food I possibly could.

My first spotlight will focus on the soymilk doria from T’s Restaurant in Jiyugaoka. I have had this dish many times and it seriously doesn’t get much better than this.

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text] Creamy bechamel sauce with perfectly plump rice and topped with crispy karage, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. If I had one dish to recommend in Tokyo currently, it would be this one. Enjoy!
